Great Service from a Great Staff I scheduled my routine maintenance on a Saturday because of my schedule. I cannot tell you have convenient it is. You would think the service staff would be grouchy having to work on Sat. but that was far from the truth. They were all very nice and got me in and out in 30 mins. My husband had told me to take my truck to another oil change business but I refused. The service staff at Mashal Mize Ford is top notch. More

I like the Escape but hate the service I have an 2014 Escape. This is a wonderful car. the few times I have had it in for service and used the so called warranty there is a 100.00 deductibl I have an 2014 Escape. This is a wonderful car. the few times I have had it in for service and used the so called warranty there is a 100.00 deductible that the salesman did not tell me about. My fault I guess I did not read carefully when I purchased, but thought he would be somewhat honest. LOL. Have taken car in for no heat in the fall and was told flap was the problem. 100.00 dollars please. 2 months later no heat again so back we go and was told flap was not the problem, but there was a crack in the overflow tank for the radiator and all fluid was gone, and that is why you have no heat. Wait just a minute the car said heat gauge was normal and not overheating so how can this be. Seems like the same thing, but NO he has pictures. LOL I am sure these BUTT xxxxxxx have all kinds of scams up there sleazy arms. Think it is time to look for another place to go for an honest service company More
