Wonderful people I took my Explorer in for a malfunctioning air conditioner. I got a loaner, expecting to be without my car for at least a week. Imagine my surprise I took my Explorer in for a malfunctioning air conditioner. I got a loaner, expecting to be without my car for at least a week.
