60 K Service I signed up early. They took the car when I arrived. They provided a shuttle service to get me home and bring me back. The car was ready when they pro I signed up early. The service technician did leave a few new fingerprints, a water bottle, and a few loose wires from my dash cam. He did all of the maintenance w/o leaving grease or grim. 8 hrs with car and very few marks! More

Great Service! Found a Certified Pre-owned vehicle and called in to check on it. They worked with me on the price I wanted over the phone and when I drove down from Found a Certified Pre-owned vehicle and called in to check on it. They worked with me on the price I wanted over the phone and when I drove down from out of town, they had me in and out in 10 minutes. I never would have thought that it would be so easy and quick. The salesman didn't try to re negotiate with me or try to up sell me any extras that were unneeded. The manager (Roger) even stayed around after hours in the parking lot making sure that we felt comfortable with operating all the features of the vehicle and showing us several things as well. After a lot of research, I feel like I received a fair deal with the price it was sold to me for and I cant argue about that. I've been in a lot of Ford dealerships and several made me feel really uncomfortable with the salesman trying to pressure me into buying something. Marshall Mize Ford did not make me feel that way at all. Good job guys! More

recall on Ford Transit My van was there for a recall and was told it was a day job. At first they would not give me a loaner to get home but once I arrived they agreed. This became critical because it took much longer than expected. I was NOT notified at the end of the first day that it would take much longer than a day. I called the service department to find out if my van was ready only to find out that my service guy, Fred, had already left for the day and they had not even gotten to my van yet. Fred did call the next morning as I complained to the person I spoke to the day before. Again, it was fine but just needed to be in the loop as to when the van would be ready. One day turned into 2 1/2 days. But it was fixed and the folks at Marshal Mize are very friendly. I would still highly recommend this dealership! More
