Great customer service When I buy, I shop around and typically buy from dealers 250-500 miles away. Some dealers are not willing to deal with customers from out of town. I’ve never understood that mentality, and it could be the dealerships are just unaware they have salesmen uninterest in communicating with potential buyers electronically. BRAD DOTY introduced himself and he took me to look at the cars that I was interested. in He explained the options and the d I came "just to look".. No pressure from Brad. Just good information. Offered to let me drive the Titanium. That pretty much ended the "just looking". Was introduced to the sales manager, the people that arrange the sale and the financing, couple other friendly folks that I don't remember their names. Never felt pressured. This is only the 2nd Ford that I have ever bought. Always have been a GM person. Looking forward to driving this car for a long time. Want you to have all 5's, but put down a 4 for price. Then changed to 5 if this helps Brad get a little more recognition. More
