It was my first oil change that I have had done at ford and it went well. It was done very quickly almost in and out. This oil change was part of a deal where I got the first two free, but what I didn't kn and it went well. It was done very quickly almost in and out. This oil change was part of a deal where I got the first two free, but what I didn't know was that they would rotate my tires as well. no big deal, love the extra service, but if i had known that i would have had them rebalance them as well while we were there. I called to make an appointment. Service representative was very cordial. I dropped my car off at the designated time and rep told me approximately when work would be finished. One little hiccup- paperwork was not at payment desk which seemed strange since work was completed over an hour ago. I approached the payment desk again about ten minutes later. The clerk searched for service rep who was at lunch and then got another rep to get the paperwork who then also got my car. More
