Great Experience Steve and Greg were patient with us during our four day stent to purchase two vehicles. They were professional and down to earth which is a great Steve and Greg were patient with us during our four day stent to purchase two vehicles. They were professional and down to earth which is a great mix. Some of the other staff members were welcoming as well. Each new vehicle had a recall the day of purchase and they were quick to fit us in the maintenance schedule to ensure our safety. Steve also took the time to set up Ford Pass on our phones and help us learn the bells and whistles for each vehicle. Well done! This is the place to go people. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of you even if you don’t know what you want or decide not to make a purchase. More

Great Experience! I love Seabass I was looking for a used Explorer. I had a question about the availability of a car at Marshal Mize online. Amber from MM called me back promptly and I was looking for a used Explorer. I had a question about the availability of a car at Marshal Mize online. Amber from MM called me back promptly and let me know the car was still available. Later I got a message from a Sebastian, he identified himself as the salesperson. I told him the vehicle I was interested in. I told him when I might come in for a test drive. I eventually scheduled a day for a test drive. When I got there, Sebastian greeted me with a firm handshake. He brought the Red Explorer Limited around. Before we got in, he went over the details about the vehicle. Answering any questions I had. I then got behind the wheel. Sebastian and I talked about the features of the vehicle. The test drive was long and leisurely. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I mentioned as we were driving that I really liked the Explorer Sports, but they weren’t in my price range. Then he mentioned how if I drove a Sport I wouldn’t want to drive anything else. After the test drive, I told him I was interested, but that I had other vehicles to test drive. I went to Integrity GMC. I did not have an appointment. The salesperson was friendly, but wasn’t very “with it”. It might have been his first day. Not sure. I test drive a used Acadia. I asked for prices on a new Acadia and the 2018 I had test driven. The guy had me wait for 10 minutes and then told me there was no one available to get the numbers. 😕 He said he would send them to my phone. He was pretty much telling me to leave. So I left. Meanwhile, I got a message from Sebastian asking if I was ready for him to fill up the Explorer? I told him I was still out looking. I then drove to a South Pittsburg dealership to test drive a car I had seen on their website. I drive 45 minutes to their location to be told the vehicle had been sold two days ago. 😕 I drive home to speak with my significant other about my test driving experiences. As I was talking to him, Mr. Phillips called my phone to tell me that they appreciated me coming by today. That was nice. I had also planned to test drive a Kia Telluride, but they were never in stock and I really didn’t like them anyway. The next day Ethan, my significant other, and I went back to MM to let Ethan test drive the Red Explorer. He thought it looked nice and drove nice. After his test drive, we had pretty much decided that this would be the car. I didn’t feel wholeheartedly that this was for me, but it was pretty close. Sebastian walls up to us while we’re in the parking lot and asks us if s 2015 was too old. I told him yes. He said what if it was a Sport with 24,000 miles on it? I about died. I had noticed a Sport near the garage during Ethan’s test drive, but it looked so sharp I just knew it was a 2017 or 2018. Nope. That was it! Sebastian and I did a tour of the vehicle. The exterior was pristine for a 4 year old vehicle. It was black, but red or black are my two favorite car colors. It even had the captain’s chairs in the second row I wanted. I almost started to cry. It was everything I had wanted. Sebastian and I went on a test drive. It was a dream. He was right about the engine. After we were done, he asked if I liked it. I said I did, but it was probably out of my price range. He said it was actually a little less. I was sold. Mr. Phillips hooked me up with a 4 year/ 48,000 bumper to bumper warranty. I was so excited! Sebastian has listened to his customer. He matched the customer with the car. Even though the Red Explorer was on a list of need to sell vehicles, he took my needs into consideration. The paperwork process was painless. Everyone explained everything to me before I signed. And made the process that I was dreading into something enjoyable. Thanks Andy! After buying the vehicle, I put on my Facebook account how wonderful my experience was at MM. I will tell anyone how great my experience was with you guys. I felt valued and relaxed throughout the experience. Thank you to everyone! More
