Finding a Needle in a Haystack One day, I had noticed that my car had developed a smell like the engine was running hot, but all indicators showed everything was running normal. I One day, I had noticed that my car had developed a smell like the engine was running hot, but all indicators showed everything was running normal. I took the car into Marshal Mize, told them what was happening, and, within a little over an hour of examining every inch of the engine, their experienced and thorough mechanic had found the problem. To repair the car required some dismantling of the engine and then put back together. The car was repaired and ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. The car runs like a charm and the "hot" smell is gone. More

horrible service and bad expieriance Went to this dealership in high hopes to get into a new vehicle. Once I found which car I was wanting, i asked a salesman to test drive the vehicle. T Went to this dealership in high hopes to get into a new vehicle. Once I found which car I was wanting, i asked a salesman to test drive the vehicle. There was no doubt, this was the car for me. After the test drive, me and the salesman went in, grabbed a seat, and ran numbers.... I was told I was approved on the loan of the vehicle and that the car was mine. I was congratulated. By this time it was late and I was told to come in next day and finish filling out all of the paper work and with the downpayment for the vehicle and also was told the car would be detailed for me and waiting on its new owner. The next day came around and I received a text from the salesman with a picture of the car, detailed, with a sold sign that had my name written on it hanging from the rearview mirror.. a couple hours later i received a call from the salesman, stating someone was at the lot checking out my vehicle and that they were going on a test drive with another salesman (the car he had already sold to me) and that he could not stop them from buying the vehicle because I had not put any money down on the vehicle yet. I basically begged him to try to stop the sale and even was going to get off of work to take the money there in a hurry... We then started to text and he was updating me that the person was buying the car out from under me and he could not do anything about it. This was horrible to do to anyone. I had been told the car that I had been looking for was mine and then in a blink of an eye, taken away. This experience for me was a nightmare and this kind of customer service is horrible and uncalled for and definitely not professional at all. More
