(SOLD ME A NEW EXPLORE THAT HAD ALREADY HAD THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED PER A FORMER CUSTOMER CONCERN AND THIER OWN SERVICE RECORDS 1 MONTH PRIOR TO SELLING IT TO ME ) Sold me a (so called new) 20 TRANSMISSION REPLACED PER A FORMER CUSTOMER CONCERN AND THIER OWN SERVICE RECORDS 1 MONTH PRIOR TO SELLING IT TO ME ) Sold me a (so called new) 2020 ford explorer and failed to let me know that it had the transmission replaced already before I bought it from a former customer complaint. I am supposed to be the only customer. They had me sign the mileage statement claiming 53 miles . I did not verify and never have for a new vehicle. I have always trusted the dealer. After they prepped the car and fixed a minor scuff on the door I got it a few days later and on the way home noticed the mileage was almost 300 miles. I let it go. ( THAT WAS A MISTAKE)Took a trip to SD. and got stranded there with transmission problems, bad fluid leak. When I took it in to a SD. dealer he informed me that the transmission had been replaced in Dec of 2019. I bought the car Late Jan of 2020. I spoke to the dealer today and they pretty much blew me off and said that they had not done nothing wrong and they did not see the need to let me know that the transmission had already been replaced in this so call new explorer before they sold it to me. Not done with it yet. This was my third and last new vehicle purchase from Marsh Mize Ford in Chattanooga Tn. I never would have purchased this explorer if they had been honest enough to let me know the the transmission had already been placed JCLDayton Tn. More

Greg in service has always been a great help, especially with the countless phone calls I’ve made! I know I can trust him & his other team members to fix my car in a timely manner. I’m young & refuse to go with the countless phone calls I’ve made! I know I can trust him & his other team members to fix my car in a timely manner. I’m young & refuse to go elsewhere bc people try to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. I don’t ever have to fear being taken advantage of at Marshal Mize. Took my husbands f 150 for an oil change yesterday and was there an hour and a half! Didn’t take it back for 25 minutes. Had a 1:00 appt. why bother with appts if you can’t stick to it? Had a chat with someone on line and said a manager would be in touch but never heard from anyone. So it took an hour and a half and cost $82. Don’t recommend this place! More
