Shouldn't recalls and service bulletins be completed prior to the customer taking possession. I didn't appreciate not receiving an owner's manual or a spare tire. I made an appointment for oil change and Recall (software update). When I arrived, I was told that the appointment was a time to arrive, and get in line. What's the value of an appointment if you still just get in line? Like making a reservation at a restaurant, and being given a beeper and told the wait would be 2 hours. Despite that, the service department hustled up the work, and I was out quicker than the original estimate. Thanks very much. More

I do not recommend them and will take my 60k buy elsewhere. 0/10 More
