Once I was ready to go, a very nice young man went and brought my truck outside the bay instead of me having to walk the parking lot. I had come to Marshall Mize for 2 airbag recalls and some other work. The technician checked my truck, found out no additional work was needed and I was not even charged for labor. Yes - Very Pleased with the entire process. Thx to everyone - sorry I did not get the gentleman's name that brought my truck around. I have always received great service here both on my car and my dad's. My only problem was an extended service plan I bought from Ford when I bought my car. The biggest joke I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I was given one price for a car I was trying to sell, up until of course I came to the dealership. They had already looked at the car onc dealership. I was given one price for a car I was trying to sell, up until of course I came to the dealership. They had already looked at the car once, but this time lowballed the price they were willing to pay (I'm sure because I was actually interested in selling) and thought I would take anything they offered. The terrible thing is , I bought the car new from them, its 6 years old with only 10,000 miles, in great shape, and they had already told me one price but now it's different. Live and learn. I'll never say anything good about this dealership again (and I have been saying good things unfortunately) and wouldn't do business with Mize again if my children were starving and I had to walk to work. This dealership is the classic reason why no one trusts a car dealer. More
