Drove 9 hours to buy two vehicles. Everyone was great through information process. Told dealer and staff many times no dealers accessories or add ons. Asked before going to pick up broncos to see a "buyers agreement" with the out the door price, monthly payment and terms, and exact sales tax. Mike Mc Arthur (Finance employee) sent me a "purchase information sheet" with all that information, I had required before traveling to get vehicles. I told Paul Hubert (salesmen) I required this information before arriving. I noticed a $1000 rebate on mine and not on my sons document. Everything looked great and after taking to a few others at dealership that assured us of getting the rebate. They said the rebate was a private offer to us. We leave dealership and find on buyers document they removed "rebate" and raised monthly payment. No one said a word! Before this we tried to get my son the rebate, but were told only we qualified for it. I asked the finance person is everything the same as we discussed through "Documented email". He said yes. "Mike Mc Arthur" never mentioned the rebate or higher payment change", or out the door pricing. No full discloser or transparency to do his job going over documents. We thought it was one of our best dealership on line purchases before that. "Mike Mc Arthur" made it the worst. I asked Paul Hubert (SALESMEN) and Mike Mc Arthur (finance employee) for a buyers agreement for 5 days. Attached form is what they sent me! We weren't pressured with dealer add ons, accessories and insurances by any means. I have all emails of everything from beginning to end. You don't make a deal with someone, then make up excuses. This is how they treat Ford A plan employees. After repeated calls to dealership, without any help, we are now filing this with FORD, all agencies concerning consumer complaints. I actually think the owner isn't aware of some employees business practices. We were going to purchase our 2024 Truck from these people also, Not now.
