they need to be quicker to getting to customers I went to look at a car I waited 20 min staring at a car while at least 2 sales man watched me from the doors. Very disappointed After two good experiences with the dealership, I had a terrible one. I wanted to trade for a Cmax. I was told I could only have white or black. I was also told I was going to have huge payments over 700. I was told by a sales manager that if this other person wanted my trade, I would get a better deal. After buying two previous cars from this dealership I felt a little upset. Needless to say, I went elsewhere, got a beautiful red Cmax with nany more features than what they showed me, and my payment went up only three dollars. Loyalty means nothing and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

3rd new Ford since 2011 I recently found myself needing to upgrade my Super Duty truck. I happened to be out of state and stopped in to look at a new truck. The dealer ther I recently found myself needing to upgrade my Super Duty truck. I happened to be out of state and stopped in to look at a new truck. The dealer there made a me a good offer, but as my wife immediately pointed out to me, "we purchase our cars from Patrick". We returned home and went in to talk to Patrick, he ordered the truck i want and the deal he offered was even better. All of our Company vehicles came from Marshal Mize as well. We recently purchased a Ford Fusion that my wife and I love. The car is the nicest vehicle we have ever had. Our experience can only be attributed to Marshall Mize with whom we have done business before but especially to salesman Chris Stedman. After going to the Ford web site and expressing our interest we were connected to Chris. He is a consummate professional. I have always been turned off by the strong arm tactics from other local Ford dealers trying to pressure you into buying a vehicle. Had that been the case I would not have purchased a car with Marshall Mize. Chris maintained contact with us without being pushy. He identified the type of vehicle we wanted and the payment range we needed. And after some searching found the car we wanted. He was courteous very professional, had excellent product knowledge, and overall made it a pleasant experience.
