Fixed right the first time Had an issue with the power steering system that had my car without power steering. Upon arrival I was greeted by Zach in the service department promptly. He was very helpful and the mechanic that worked on my car had it diagnosed and repaired within 3 days. That includes having the part shipped in. This has been my third visit to the dealer with this car. All of my experiences have been positive. With the bad publicity that this dealer has received in the past, I can honestly say that I don't have anything negative I can say about them. Thanks for the great service Zach! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever This is my third time purchasing a car from a dealership, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. The dealership was incredibly unpretentious and easy to work with. I worked with Danny Watkins and have already given his contact information to several people I know who are currently looking with cars. I had worked with several other dealerships in the Chattanooga area and they all pale in comparison to Marshal Mize. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy in the least, and was clearly more concerned with helping me pick out a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget than they are with making a sale. It was absolutely incredible. Danny was patient, kind, funny, and put up with a lot of indecisiveness from me. The only issue I have, which is a small issue and one that you would encounter from any car dealership, was the pushiness of the finance department with extended warranty plans, and the annoyance that I received when I declined the extended warranty. It was not at all within my budget and would not work with my monthly payments. Everything else other than that detail was completely amazing. I would recommend this dealership to everyone in the area. More
