Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Danny Watkins showed us around the lot and we picked a Ford Focus and he was very knowledgeable and showed us all the features about the car. A few days prior to visiting Marshal Mize Ford I had purchased a vehicle of another make and was very dissatisfied with my purchase. Upon arrival at Marshal Mize I talked with Mr. Narrmamore who introd purchased a vehicle of another make and was very dissatisfied with my purchase. Johnny showed me around the dealership and to the type vehicles I described to him that I was interested in. Johnny was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and able to answer all my questions on the spot. He and Mr. Narrmamore worked together and gave me, what I felt, the best they could. Johnny was helpful after we finalized the deal in assisting me by explain how the electronic devices worked, operation of the vehicle, warranty and service issues, etc. Since the purchase he has contacted me a couple of time to make sure I was pleased with everything and to offer his assistance. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Baskette in 2011 when I bought my first Focus. He was great - very helpful and worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted - there wasn't one on the lot at the tim when I bought my first Focus.
