He also made a video for me to see the car in advance. I asked for a quote and received the information. We then set a time to meet to look over the vehicle. I obviously made the purchase. Very disappointed After two good experiences with the dealership, I had a terrible one. I wanted to trade for a Cmax. I was told I could only have white or black. I was also told I was going to have huge payments over 700. I was told by a sales manager that if this other person wanted my trade, I would get a better deal. After buying two previous cars from this dealership I felt a little upset. Needless to say, I went elsewhere, got a beautiful red Cmax with nany more features than what they showed me, and my payment went up only three dollars. Loyalty means nothing and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
