Terrible Service Upon taking my Expedition to the Marshal Mize Ford dealership to check out a minor problem before it became a major problem, I was told that they were Upon taking my Expedition to the Marshal Mize Ford dealership to check out a minor problem before it became a major problem, I was told that they were terribly backed up and that repair could take as long as a week. I was encouraged to make an appointment for a future data. I made the appointment for 3 weeks out with the assurance that they would get to it at the appointed time. I dropped off the vehicle on the appointed day and was cautioned that depending on what they found, it might take several days to fix. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited for 7 days before calling to check on the status. They had not even looked at the problem much less fixed it. I was given lots of excuses about their backlog... But 4 weeks? Give me a break. I took my vehicle to another Ford dealership where they could get to it tomorrow. I will not be going back to Marshal Mize Ford. More

I had walked to a nearby store and started walking back to Marshal Mize 40 minutes after I dropped off my car and they were calling me before I returned to Marshal Mize. Andy explained my vehicle printout to me and thanked me for bringing my car in for service. The lady who took my payment was very helpful and explained how to go online and get my rebate.
