The late Larry Marquardt purchased the dealership and built the company's foundation upon the principles of honesty and integrity. Far before Customer Satisfaction Indexes (CSI) became common vocabulary in the auto industry, Marquardt of Barrington embraced treating each and every customer exactly as we would like to be treated. Miguel Sanchez has such a soft-spoken caring and kind demeanor that is not typically found in a salesman. Miguel was knowledgeable about the car I inquired about and followed-up very timely with answers and solutions to all questions and concerns. It was at that moment I was sure of who and where I wanted to purchase from. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a genuine readiness to serve. The entire atmosphere throughout was welcoming. My financial experience with Deanna Hattula was pleasingly pleasant, personably and professional. no hassle, no surprises just great conversation. I went being a first time vehicle buyer. Everybody was super friendly and respectful. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need. Salesman wasn’t pushy what so ever. I needed assistance trying to find the original window sticker information for my recently purchased 2020 GMC 2500HD AT4.
