When I decided on a car, the Encore, they encouraged me to take it home for 24 hours to make sure this was the one. Kudos to Novi and Troy for their patience and lack of pressure and Carey and Frank for making this a minimally painful process from start to finish. I love my car and I look forward to going back for service and car washes and saying hi to the team. There's a Buick dealer in my backyard, but the team at Marquardt made the extra drive worth it both financially and peace of mind. As an example, Troy spent 45 minutes with me, in the car, making sure I knew how to operate all the gadgets and gizmos and was comfortable doing so, before I was able to drive my Encore home and then made sure I had his info to call him with any questions.
