No pressure at all. I came to the dealership several times before I eventually purchased my new 2015 GMC Terrain and he was patient with me each time. Awesome salesman! When it came time for the financing, I worked with Frank White who advised me of warranty options that were available-but again-there was no pressure. He too listened to what I wanted and needed and did not go beyond that. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We are particularly impressed with the level of service Marquardt provides on the vehicles they sell or lease (free car wash, willingness to pick up your car for service if it is more convenient, answer any questions you may have after buying the car, etc.). Novi brought an Enclave out to us in Highland Park and let us use it for a weekend. We decided we loved the car but not the color, and they offered to bring us another color, just to see it. Finally when I did make it out to the dealership with my trade, Carey held true on all our discussed deal and even got me some more money off. They are the best!!!!
