Everyone made me feel welcome. On my long search - which started at the Chicago Car Show - I had narrowed my decision to three vehicles. My last NEW car was purchased in the 1980's - my last several cars have been used. I decided that this was the year for a new car with everything on it that would work for me. Marquardt was the fourth dealership I visited and was immediately stuck by the friendliness of my salesman...Jeff Schoeps...who put me at ease as soon as we started to talk. There was no pressure, no hard sales techniques, just a nice guy who wanted me to relax and take my time. After I drove the Encore, I told Jeff that there was another car in the running, and I'd let him know when I made my final decision. He gave me pricing information, trade-in value for my car, and all of the rebates I would be entitled to. The next time I talked to Jeff, I had made my decision. I liked everything about Marquardt of Barrington and wanted to purchase my car from this dealer. I bought my car today and was guided through the entire experience by Jeff and Frank White - both men were patient with me and answered any questions I had. Eric was quick to address my questions with detail, but never talked over my head.
