Chris Williamson and Deanna Hattula spent as much time as "I" needed getting to know the vehicle in and out, no interruptions or delays, and explained with proof where I was with my appraisal/trade in values. At no time did they come across pushy or apathetic to me. I didn't need to shop around, though I had anticipated I would. The numbers were where I wanted with trade, purchase and payments. I can't leave out Frank White!! He thoroughly explained my payments, showed me proof of multiple interest approvals from the bank, got the interest rate I wanted etc and was very clear on the additional coverage, which at their pricing, I couldn't refuse!! I'm covered for years to come for the price of a set of tires! I'll be back and I'll be telling friends and family. In and Out in 48 hours!! More
