The late Larry Marquardt purchased the dealership and built the company's foundation upon the principles of honesty and integrity. Far before Customer Satisfaction Indexes (CSI) became common vocabulary in the auto industry, Marquardt of Barrington embraced treating each and every customer exactly as we would like to be treated. Adam, our salesperson, was patient over the next few weeks as we explored numerous different makes and models. After visiting many other dealers, it was clear that Marquardt had the best deals and customer service. Frank in the finance department was great and explained all our options along with providing a detailed recounting of all the paperwork we were signing and receiving. They both ensured our buying experience streamed effortlessly. The dealership itself has wonderful amenities and everyone was helpful in the service department as well. We highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new or used car. More
