The late Larry Marquardt purchased the dealership and built the company's foundation upon the principles of honesty and integrity. Best car buying experience EVER! I am SO happy I took my husband's advice to check out Marquardt of Barrington Buick GMC for a used SUV. He has been a customer there for years and tol I am SO happy I took my husband's advice to check out Marquardt of Barrington Buick GMC for a used SUV. He has been a customer there for years and told me that sales consultant Tim McIntyre, and the staff there were the best. He was right. I started my search on their website and once I found what I wanted, my husband called Tim to set up a test drive. As soon as we arrived at Marquardt, I was impressed on how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was as soon as we walked in the door. Tim immediately got to work with showing us the SUV I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly. He did an exceptional job showing me how everything in the SUV worked and answered all my questions with ease. Tim really went above and beyond for us and made this car buying experience so easy and enjoyable. It was truly the best customer service ever!!! The porters did an amazing job detailing the SUV, it looked like new. Thank you so much to Tim and the entire staff at Marquardt for your excellent customer service, it was a pleasure doing business with you! More
