Amazing, My Mom had been wanting a new BUICK for a very long time. We were referred to Ray L. @Marquardt by a family member who recently purchased a new Buick My Mom had been wanting a new BUICK for a very long time. We were referred to Ray L. @Marquardt by a family member who recently purchased a new Buick. We made our appt and the moment we stepped in the door, we were warmly greeted by Ray. My Mom had her eye on both the LaCrosse and the Encore. When Ray told my Mom the LaCrosse was bigger than her car today, she took that option off the table. From there we focused on the Encore. She sat in the Encore, fell in love with it but she didn't want all the bells and whistles. Ray showed her two other Encores (that had to be white with tan interior) to look at that. My Mom made a quick decision and we easily negotiated to a price that my Mom was comfortable with. Ray treated my Mom with the utmost respect and kindness as if she was his own Mom.
