The late Larry Marquardt purchased the dealership and built the company's foundation upon the principles of honesty and integrity. Far before Customer Satisfaction Indexes (CSI) became common vocabulary in the auto industry, Marquardt of Barrington embraced treating each and every customer exactly as we would like to be treated. Marquardt of Barrington was extremely helpful in how they served us. We came in hoping to test out an Acura, and we were greeted by Michael who treated us well. He started off by mentioning that they are a l served us. We came in hoping to test out an Acura, and we were greeted by Michael who treated us well. He started off by mentioning that they are a low pressure dealer, and held true through the entire process! There were a few issues with the car itself which led to a long wait time although they were very reasonable about some of the issues and we walked out with everything fixed as they promised! Walking in there I would highly recommend asking to work with Michael, he was very nice and worked to get us a good deal! More
