From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was treated like family. Bob went above and beyond in securing me a great financing package. I ran Lori ragged test driving at least 8 cars, just to be sure I was happy with my selection, and never once did I feel like I was asking too much. Finally, Jeremy, the Sales Manager was open and honest and allowed me to feel that I was getting the most fair price they could offer, I felt confident that I was making a sound purchase, which is so important. The service department was also friendly, helpful and expedient. I had an issue with the parking brake and they fixed it promptly and expertly. I appreciate the great team in Luray and I am new loyal customer. More
