Great visit Very happy with both of our visits for oil changes at Marler Ford. We always use our local dealer and always have no problems. Highly recommend. Did a great job this dealership trys hard to please the customers. I have 2 f150 and this dealership couldn't fix my balance on my off road tires. But made it right by adjustment to my next bill. However y customers. I have 2 f150 and this dealership couldn't fix my balance on my off road tires. But made it right by adjustment to my next bill. But service received on September 10, 2019 were as follows: Conversation with Josh Berlin ( service manager) on 9-8-2019 My wife’s car hit a curd and blew out two tires in July 2019. We took vehicle to the Ford dealership to get those two tires and two rims plus and additional 2 tires replaced. I specifically asked for hazard warranty on all 4 tires. It was suggested that we contact our Insurance and make a claim with them for 2 blown tires / rims and possibly other repairs. Upon inspection by an insurance adjuster, repairs were more extensive. But I told Safeco / liberty that I wanted hazard warranty on the 2 replacement tires. As for the other 2 tires, I would pay for their hazard warranties on both. Upon working up repair bill, the service manager forgot to charge me for the hazard warranty on the 2 tires I specifically ask for. The service manager said that if we got a flat they would fix it at no charge. Now, this service manager at a Ford dealership has reneged on that conversation. Just today, 9-8-2019, when the service department said they couldn’t find anyplace where we hazard warranty on those tires, my wife called me and I came to that Ford Dealership service center. I reminded the service manager of the agreement he made with me, that he would fix our flats. Well, there was sidewall damage on the tire that was flat. So I expected the tire to be replaced. The service manager didn’t want to replace the tire. Well that got my dander up, but to just eat a mistake made by the service manager, I told service manager to air up that tire that we were leaving, and I would go buy 4 more tires someplace else. He then stated that I didn’t need 4 tires. I said “I know” but that I originally wanted 4 tires with hazard warranty and they forgot to charge me, but would fix my flats. Well, another agreement with service manager where he would replace that damaged tire at his cost and I would pay $30 for hazard warranty for that tire. Thinking we had an agreement, l left the situation with my wife to take care of the hazard warranty payment as agreed. I had to leave to get another child. Upon my wife arriving home, she informed me she HAD to pay for the tire too. Well, I’m very disappointed with the service received. I’ll not purchase tires for the Escape at any Ford Dealership. I have been lied to twice by their service manager. More
