I would like to share with others that my experience with turning in my old lease and got a new one wihtout any hassles. It almost seemed too easy compared to my experiences with other salesmen. We had spoken the day before. I told him what I was looking for in a new car, all the perks, price range and availability of what I wanted. Mark Stoller was very easy to talk to with no pressure and eagerly wanted to get me what I wanted. Well, the next day when I went to do a test drive of the new Nissan Rogue, he pulled out a car that met all of my specifications!!! The process was so easy and unpressured that I was there speaking to all the staff, who were so kind, with actual 'smiles' on their faces. Dealing with the finance company was very easy too. I would highly recommend this store and all of the staff for such curtious, respectful, and friendly attitudes! Long story short, I was able to turn in my previous lease and waited for my new Nissan Rogue to be delivered right to my house by Mark in the same day!! Mark Stoller let me borrow his Armada to go home until the final insurance paperwork was completed with plates and inspection. How many dealerships will deliver your new car right to your house? I returned to Nissan Marlboro because three years ago I had just had a bankruptcy discharged and they were very helpful in using a progrom to reestablish credit to get me a car. it was not an easy taks but had just had a bankruptcy discharged and they were very helpful in using a progrom to reestablish credit to get me a car. it was not an easy taks but they stuck with me until I had a nice 2 year Sentra with low mileage. When I felt it wasw time to trade that and try to get a lower interest rate I returned. I had a new sales person this time Casey Dixon. He was helpful and courteous. Instead of the two year car I was hoping to move up to. I was able to purchase a brand new 2008 Sentra. They kept as closely as possible to the payment I wished. And this time the sale went through in a flash and I took the car home with me that very day. The entire staff was a delight to deal with. The initial new car purchase transaction went smoothly, I got a fair price and felt that if I were ever to buy another Nissan product, I would go back there. Service at this dealership is top notch also. Having moved to Rhode Island, I visited a couple other Nissan dealerships there, but recalling my last Altima purchase, I thought I would make the trip to Massachusetts to see what kind of deal I would get from Marlboro. Upon arrival, (and test drive) my wife and I decided that the vehicle we were interested in was not going to meet our needs. Undaunted by this set back, Greg offered new solutions that fell into our criteria and made a great impression on my wife by tracking down the color of her choice. The price of our purchase was more than fair. Marlborough Nissan was able to sell us our car for less than the price my wife and I expected based on our research prior to our visit. After several horrible experiences at other local dealerships my husband and I decided to just drop by and check out Marlboro Nissan. We expected the same lack of attention as the other dealership but a young man approached and introduced himself as Todd and even thought he was ready to leave for the day was willing to spend time answering our questions. Already a good sign of customer service my husband gave Todd his requirements for a car and what he wanted to look at. Todd being well informed on all the cars suggested something he thought would better suite my husband and took him to see both cars. Well Todd was right in his recommendation and we purchased the Murano. Because of his knowledge of the cars and willingness to listen to the customer’s requirements and friendly professional manner we went back to Todd the next week and I purchased a 350Z. Todd did a great job getting the one I wanted and made the whole experience quick and painless. I trust Todd to give us all the facts up front and help in getting the best deal possible. He followed through with showing us the service department & introducing us to his coworkers. All staff members are top notch professionals.
