Kishore Veeragandham, This is a complete fabrication. As the digital marketing director, I am the first one to come to a consumers rescue when a wrong needs righting. However, we will not be bullied into bad business decisions by threats of poor reviews. We made it clear throughout the entire process that the $18,500 was your total amount financed and that you would need to put $1,500 down on top of that amount. We went above and beyond in every area, not only to find the vehicle YOU wanted that fit your budget, but in working very hard to get you approved with less than stellar credit. Your own credit report that YOU ran when you refused to believe us stated that 71.6% of the population scored higher than you. Yet we were still able to get you approved on the vehicle you wanted. You have to understand that banks will require SOME money down when dealing with challenged credit. This is not Marlboro Nissan's rule. We even showed you the auction sheet detailing how much we paid for the vehicle so everything was transparent. Threatening a poor review so you could attempt to "blackmail" us into making your down payment is incredibly dishonorable. If you are going to write a review about your experience you should include at least a shred of truth.
