She took me to talk to Mark Stoller who was nothing but friendly, kind and respectful from the moment I met him. He has a great sense of humor and put me at ease quickly. Mark took his time talking to me and (this is remarkable) really listening to my wants and needs for a car. He was professional, honest, answered all my questions, and just real. He found the perfect car and just gave me a fantastic deal and I rode out of the dealership same day. The finance person was also very kind and helpful in every way. There was no high pressure at any time and I felt like they were working to make the customer happy. this dealership deserves extremely high customer service numbers. I have since recommended the dealership to two of my friends and I will continue to do so. More

In the comment section of the request form I asked "Please no phone calls, e-mail only". Marlboro Nissan was the only dealership that did not call me every other day for the next 3 weeks. My company has a corporate employee discount with Nissan. I requested a quote from Jim before I inquired about the corporate discount and was surprised when both quotes were virtually identical. The sales team, especially Jim, was everything you could hope for. All questions were answered honestly, no high pressure sales. What dose all this mean. Integrity, honesty, and a genuine desire to want you as a customer and not just a sale. I hope that the car lasts as long as the great impression Marlboro Nissan left on me. More

Paul Mullen the service manager is very professional, friendly and fair. Additionally, Chris Hall, one of thr Sr service coordinators has always treated me very well. Anytime there was a problem with my Pathfinder, they all worked with Nissan to help cover the cost of repairs if they felt it was a Nissan problem. The service dept from the mechanics to the drivers all have been wonderful! I highly reccommend this delarship, service dept and Sales person to anyone interested in a Nissan or other used car. This was our 18 year olds first car purchase, so I went along to check the car with him and co-sign his loan. Car had no body damage when we closed the deal. I did not go with him for pick up and when he along to check the car with him and co-sign his loan. Car had no body damage when we closed the deal. I did not go with him for pick up and when he got home there was body damage to the tailgate corner. He went to pick up the car and came home with no use of the tailgate. Notified both Mike and Jason the sales manager multiple times, gave them pictures and referred to their own dealer pictures that were posted on line and they have blown us off.
