You expect that there will be negotiating when buying a car, however, I felt Todd showed me all options available, whether it was buying/leasing or trying to talk interest rates. I certainly have been in dealerships where the salesman will pick apart your trade and try to make you feel like you know nothing about a car in order to try to sell you something that benefits them! That was certainly not the case today for me at Marlboro Nissan and I will definitely refer that dealership and my salesman to anyone who wants a Nissan. The details: I started by looking on the Marlboro Nissan website during the first week of December, and found the 2010 Altima that I wanted. The online pre-approval process was very easy. Todd called me a few days later, and also sent a couple of polite reminder emails. I made an appointment to visit the dealership at 6:30 PM on Monday, December 13. By 8:00 PM, everything was done, with the monthly payment I had asked for, and with a trade-in amount that I had not even expected. Special thanks also to Peter Shapiro for making the 5-year warranty coverage very affordable. It was a great experience buying a great car at a great price. I'll be back! More

I found the dealership and my salesman Mark to be very attentive to all my questions and help teach me about the GPS and other features I was not familiar with. I just bought a 2011 Maxima from Marlboro Nissan and I couldn't be happier! It was my first car purchase so I did as much research as I could, I got price quotes from roughly 5 dealers in the area and vis couldn't be happier! The one other dealer I visited in the MetroWest area spent 20 minutes trying to pressure me into a car that I told them repeatedly was out of my price range and pushed me to the point of telling them off and walking out. Marlboro Nissan not only beat the price of any other dealer, working with Todd W. made me feel like he genuinely cared that I had a good experience and that I walked away happy; I felt no pressure at all and I had a perfect 10 experience. I was going to go to the auction for a used car, but what I realized was that I could get a new car within reason of what a used one would cost. After speaking with Todd I was compelled to do so. The sales management team was also very accomodating as well as the financing dept and service where I hot the car inspected very fast. This was the best experience that I had purchasing a car I only wish I did not waste my time at the auction and other dealers in the area. The Marlboro Nissan team gets an A+ from the Dann's. My husband and I went new car shopping the day after Thanksgiving. I had done my homework and knew exactly what kinds of cars that I wanted to test drive. I had a great experience with my Nissan Extera, but wanted to downsize, so went to look at the Rogue. Mark Stoller, the sales representative was terrific in everyway, as was everyone in the showroom, and I loved the car, but I had other cars to look at before making a decision. Mark understood and placed no pressure on me whatsoever. The next two dealerships we visited seemed cold and impersonal in comparison to Marlboro Nissan and the sales people all seemed too new, too young, and far less knowledgeable about their product than Mark had been. Although I was very fond of one of the other brands, my husband and I agreed that we trusted Mark and we felt far more comfortable at Marlboro Nissan than at the other dealerships. The entire staff at Marlboro Nissan made us feel at home. And we got a great product for a great price. More
