This is my second car venture with Marlboro Nissan and as with the first, I was extremely pleased. I was not looking for a new Murano but when I received a call from Jim McCall inquiring if I wanted to upgra with the first, I was extremely pleased. I was not looking for a new Murano but when I received a call from Jim McCall inquiring if I wanted to upgrade my vehicle I did not hesitate to listen to what he had to say. Jim is very sincere and always a pleasure; he and everyone else I dealt with at Marlboro Nissan were wonderful. I was slightly hesitant because the option I wanted was not offered in the car I test drove. Jim and Marlboro Nissan were able to procure the option and install it into my new vehicle. I was a little apprehensive as to how the installation would look but it turned out beautiful. I am so happy with my new vehicle and the service Jim McCall and Marlboro Nissan offered me. I would recommend Marlboro Nissan as a preferred dealership to anyone interested in a Nissan. Anthony was very relaxed and offered no pressure with sales as I was on guard. Anthony's demeanor made the experience of buying a pleasure for me as I can be paticular. I dealt primarily with Jim McCall and discussed issues I has with my old car and what I was looking to get for a replacement. We came to an agreement on the perfect car for me, which was the one I was researching online beforehand. We discussed the leasing process and it all went smoothly. There was no pressuring or fast talking/decision making to confuse anything. I'm loving the new car and haven't had any regrets. I'll definitely refer this dealership to anyone I hear is looking for a car, and will definitely come back when I'm ready for another myself. More
Simply stated, working with Todd and the rest of the team at Marlboro Nissan was an absolute pleasure! I found the 2010 Murano that I was looking for online, emailed and talked to Todd to schedule an appointment - when I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and Todd was meeting with another client, Josh quickly helped coordinate a test drive for me. I loved the car and returned ready to negotiate - which was painless. Todd is upfront and honest. He asked me pointedly what I wanted to accomplish and came within dollars of my target. No games. The final price with my trade in was more than fair. In regards to the loan process - Jim was helpful and informative during the loan process and genuinely seemed concerned with my objectives for financing and warranty coverage. The rate was great and he clearly explained the terms and options available with the purchase of an extended warranty (which I opted for). I came across Marlboro Nissan by chance, because they stocked the car that I wanted - my next purchase will start there. I highly recommend them to all of my friends! More
After going to multiple dealerships prior to Marlboro Nissan (due to the distance), I spoke with Mike and decided to make the trip. My only regret is that I did not do so sooner! After a bad experience at another Nissan dealer we had given up on buying Nissan but decided to give it another try. What a relief. Jim was pleasant, thorough and honest. I will never be returning here. This was my first purchase of my own new car, and I feel like they took advantage of that. They tacked on an additional warranty to the tune or $1200.00 that is actua purchase of my own new car, and I feel like they took advantage of that. They tacked on an additional warranty to the tune or $1200.00 that is actually WORSE than Fords standard warranty that came with the car. That money wasted, and they knew it was an erroneous service when they were selling it to me. I bought a used Ford at this dealership less than a year ago, since then it has had numerous problems. Within 3 months, the tires were bald on the insides, this was not normal wear and I had already had an alignment. When I complained about this, they told me to go see the person who sold me this car, who was not in the office. Also, some front stabilizer bar was "loose" and needed to be replaced within the firs 6 months. To cap it all off, at 39,000 miles, the transmission went. I brought it to a Ford dealership, because their warranty was better than the the one Nissan sold me. It currently is getting a new transmission. Very disappointed in this dealership and the car they sold me. More
I love the Todds. My boyfriend has purchased two new vehicles from Marlboro Nissan - an 08 Altima Hybrid and a 10 Frontier. He worked with the other Todd and because of his great experiences, I decided to visit the same dealership when I was looking at Jukes for myself this past residents Day weekend. Todd Weinberg was a pleasure to work with. My number one request above anything else during my car hunting was that he *not* call me for any reason...especially not to tell me about any "great deals" I couldn't miss out on to pressure me into purchasing anything. And you know what? He didn't. Because of the new and high demand of the Juke, there wasn't any negotiating of price. But my finance rate was awesome and my trade-in value was acceptable. I was going to have to wait a week or two for a Juke in either of my preferred colors to get delivered, but...surprise...it came early! The finance process was a breeze and, again, I wasn't pressured into buying anything extra last minute. Then Marlboro Nissan even tinted my new Juke's windows. The new Juke is great. It honestly took about two weeks for me to get used to it - the controls, a different center console, having four doors instead of a coupe, the seat adjustment, etc. Now I love it and I can't wait to take advantage of the all wheel drive...but not until next December. ;) More

I was at the dealership within the hour, the car was there as promised (no bait and switch)and the price was as quoted. We did the deal. I then saw Jim Wood the dealer's Business Manager and he was just as pleasant. If you want to find out how joyful and uncomplicated buying a new car can be, these are the guys to see. More
