What I am most upset about is the $1200.00 warranty they sold me with my car that is WORSE than the Ford Manufacturer warranty. They sold me a warranty that I would never in my right mind use. I'm young and this was my first car purchase and I feel like that fact was exploited and taken advantage of. I have more negative to add, now that i have actually gotten my car back from the Ford dealership. Now, with a rebuilt transmission, it has become apparent that there was something wrong with the transmission from day 1. My transmission has never felt like this, not even when it was new (used). Perhaps I will call, but as worked up as I am, I also understand that I signed and agreed to pay for this Useless warranty, even though I don't believe it was accurately represented what exactly it was.
