I walked into the dealership looking for a particular car and a specific deal (price, terms, interest rate). I got 100% of what i was looking for and an extremely positive sales experience. This dealer is great! I came across them on a whim while looking for a new family vehicle. I came across an armada that they had as a certified pre-owned. The price was excellent and the experience in the showroom with our salesman Mark was unbelievable. He was great at making the whole process of purchasing a car smooth and quick. After a couple of calls we where at the dealer. Test drove the car , negotiated , and financed in an hour and a half!!! That is great compared to another dealer that we went to and spent 3 hrs and we where just looking into a car. Not going back to that dealer for sure! But Marlboro Nissan is 50 mins from my house and I would and have made the drive to go there again. So far the service department has been great as well. I only needed a sticker and a very minor repair that couldnt be done due to the fact that we took the car home the day we test drove. Murdoch is very friendly and helpful. I would try to give this dealer a shot even if it's a little drive it might be worth it for you, I know it was for us! More

My experience was very disappointing. The bottom line is that, even though I put down a deposit on a car, they sold it out from under me without letting me know. The car was a 2008 Rogue, VIN Number: JN8A that, even though I put down a deposit on a car, they sold it out from under me without letting me know. The car was a 2008 Rogue, VIN Number: JN8AS58V58W408776. Before that, questions arose because the carfax had no info after 2009. As a result, we took the car to our mechanic who told us that $1,000 of work was needed on the axle and brakes. The dealer was aware of the problem, but only admitted it after we pointed it out. When we gave the deposit, Thiago told us that this would hold the car for two weeks. After some price negotiation, we then were told we only had a few more days to decide. Then before that time came due, the car was sold. Rather than apologize about the misunderstanding, Josh suggested that my wife was a liar, and that he had told her that the deposit would not hold the car while we were on vacation. He never explained why he did not follow up with us when another buyer showed interest, or when he credited our VISA back for the deposit. Whoever did buy the Rogue, I hope that you did not pay more than the $15,000 that we were offered the car at, and that Marlboro Nissan fixed the axle and brakes as they told us they would for us. Jim McCall knows his vehicles inside and out. The best part of the experience at Marlboro Nissan is the efficiency on their part. I was in and out in about an hour, compared to other dealers when your there all day. Jim delivered the car to my house later the same day.
