ObiOne, I can assure you we have 0 false or suspicious reviews... We are an honest dealership (though not perfect) we try to accommodate our customers and meet or exceed their expectations. Every review (good or bad) is a learning experience on how we can better serve our customers. I am sorry you feel we did not do this in your case. I feel maybe it was miscommunication somewhere along the line. It was a very busy weekend and when that happens it is hard to give every customer the attention they need and from a manager stand point, it is hard to give the salesmen the attention they need so they can properly inform our customer. I remember you while you were here, and I actually spoke to our District Manager about the Coupe you were interested in. He informed me that there was a Blue with Blond interior in ground stock and would arrive w/in a week and you would still qualify for the extra $500 incentive for the weekend bonus cash. We passed this information over to you and you decided to try and get 1 with Charcoal interior (I understand that as well, you pay for the vehicle, you want what you want). We were not trying to move a vehicle off the lot; we are NOT a skeezy car dealership. We have ordered vehicles for customers in the past, but any dealership that has told you they have already ordered your vehicle for you is not being truthful...Nissan's order does not start until the 7th-10th of each month, so that vehicle would not be able to be ordered until early March. I hope you get the vehicle you really want; at least you are in a Nissan. Again, I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations in this transaction. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like and I would be happy to explain the situation more clearly and hopefully change your mind about Marlboro Nissan (sometimes email comes off the wrong way).
