On behalf of Marlboro Nissan we are sorry that you feel this way. The reason your Rogue was not under warranty when it arrived was because another dealership (not a Nissan Certified dealer) had brought the Rogue to us already taken apart because they tried to repair the vehicle, which had been in an accident. Doing this voids any warranty pertaining to the issue. When it comes to issues regarding airbags, Nissan Corporate issues very specific protocol and steps that need to be taken when trying to repair. Our technicians followed the protocol steps one at a time attempting to resolve the issue. When the first repair did not work they had to move on to step 2 of the repair. They are not authorized to move from step 1 straight to step 4. That is why there were multiple failed repair attempts.
