I never knew car shopping could actually be a pleasant experience until I recently dealt with Marlborough Nissan! Upon arrival, (and test drive) my wife and I decided that the vehicle we were interested in was not going to meet our needs. Undaunted by this set back, Greg offered new solutions that fell into our criteria and made a great impression on my wife by tracking down the color of her choice. The price of our purchase was more than fair. Marlborough Nissan was able to sell us our car for less than the price my wife and I expected based on our research prior to our visit. Not only Greg, but also the entire staff at Marlborough Nissan was extremely personable. Each staff member was friendly and willing to go out of their way to ensure my wife and I were comfortable and educated on their products and services. We were not jumped on but allowed to do a quick look around and then a friendly "can I help you?" from Todd Weinberg salesdude. he asked what we were looking for and listened to our whole story and need for certain necessities in our new car. We wound up buying a Murano. A week later a 350Z. We have been back a few times for car deals and recommended friends. Matter of fact got another new Murano today! Todd made it all easy but the whole staff is like a family. They made every part of buying (and not) a simple joy. Can they really be proverbial car dealers???? More

After several horrible experiences at other local dealerships my husband and I decided to just drop by and check out Marlboro Nissan. Already a good sign of customer service my husband gave Todd his requirements for a car and what he wanted to look at. Todd being well informed on all the cars suggested something he thought would better suite my husband and took him to see both cars. Well Todd was right in his recommendation and we purchased the Murano. Because of his knowledge of the cars and willingness to listen to the customer’s requirements and friendly professional manner we went back to Todd the next week and I purchased a 350Z. Todd did a great job getting the one I wanted and made the whole experience quick and painless. I trust Todd to give us all the facts up front and help in getting the best deal possible.
