He was able to answer any question and also offer all necessary information. He spoke on the phone for a lengthy amount of time working out numbers. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready for us, very organized. On customer service he was very tactful and patient with us on our questions about the vehicle. He sat with me and went through the owners manual very carefully so I would know exactly where to find everything I needed to. The overall experience he showed was very good.
