This is the best Nissan dealership I have dealt with in many years. I have owned and or leased Nissans for the past 18 years and have not been happier than in marlboro. The last time I was in a car dealership was a little over 17 years ago and there was no such thing as the Internet. So you can image the amount of adhesion that I felt shopping for a car on line. The moment that I spoke and met Jim in person, my fears were put to rest. He was honest, knowledgeable, and above all patient with me. The whole transaction was seamless from start to finish. I think what sold me on the automobile wasn’t so much the price, but the true, sincere customer service Jim gave me. Jim walked me though every step. He must have spent more time with me than most customers, but he never made me feel rushed or forced into deal that I didn’t feel comfortable. For those folks out their who can remember what it was like before the great wide web and can recall what true customer service means, then please see my new friend Jim McCall. He knows how to make a person feel like they belong in the 21st century. Thanks Jim, I promise the next purchase will be a little sooner. More
