We had a bad experience with one of the service workers. Paul Mullen took over my account and was awesome. He treated us with the highest level of customer service and really took care of us. I recently traded in my 2003 Nissan Altima and i leased a 2008 Nissan Altima. I again had Todd Weinberg as my sales person. He was very helpful. When I decide to change to Nissan brand I found Marlboro Nissan near to my house and on top of that I was pleasured for Todd. So far I purchased 3 cars from him. First,05 Armada then I trade in for 08 Armada as well and now my wife's car 08 Rogue !!!!! I went back to Marlboro Nissan to trade in my 05 frontier for a new one. I spoke worked Todd and he was very helpful and made it painless to get into a new one. We were looking for a 2008 to replace our 2006 Sienna as its performance was poor. We had never considered Nissan's before but were interested in checking out what they had to offer. Mark was quick and accurate in his assessment of which vehicle to present to us and talked about the soon to be out 2009 as the Murano was in 2007 and had no 2008 run. We checked out the 07 Murano with a test drive, and loved it, but wanted to check on other manufacturer options. We walked out of 2 Toyota dealership in the area because of how we where treated. Other American manufacturer just didn't have a vehicle that fit our needs. The only real remaining competitor was Saturn. We put all the pro/con on the table and decided that we likely the 07 Murano, but waited for the 09 to come in. As soon as they had one on the lot, we got a test drive. Much superior vehicle to the 07 version, Awesome!!! We quickly settled on a color and had the paperwork done in minutes. One small glitch during delivery was handled expeditiously and with grace as they had refused the first vehicle that arrived for us due to a small damage to the front bumper. The second vehicle was just fine, but the paperwork was already written up on the first vehicle information. They caught the problem, apologized and corrected it with new paperwork in a matter of a few days. Sales, finance, service/prep have all been on their game and outstanding in their areas. I would definitely go back to Marlborough Nissan, the Nissan quality in the Murano will keep me looking at Nissan's in the future, and we have already direct additional business towards them. More

I was so pleased to find such a pleasant person to help me with a new car purchase. I have been shopping for a while and can honestly say Michael was the first salesperson to seem to care about what I was me with a new car purchase. He cared about what was important to me as a parent looking for a car that gave me peace of mind. He took the time to explain some details about Nissan cars that are important concerning convenience when toting around toddlers and preteens. I felt completely comfortable with my decision after Michael helped me eliminate certain models and hone in on what model worked best for my family budget,my concerns and our lifestyle. I ended up getting the Nissan Rogue. The brand-new Rogue has two great benefits: a cool, modern design and a modest sticker price. This is the family car to own as far as I am concerned. It handles fabulously , the seats are really roomy, the car-seat system was very easy to use, and the rear climate control keeps my kids comfy -- and of coarse the DVD player keeps them happy.
