The sales person was excellent. Very well mannered gentleman and did not badger me into buying anything I did not want. He did a good job at selling me the car. Had he been a little more patient with me, I would have taken my loan from the dealer - irrespective of the rate offered. But the brisk attitude did not work well with me. I am not saying that this person was not friendly, but just that he was no different from other people in the business - which to me does not distinguish you from the rest. The customer service people are nice - my experience has been limited to one visit. More

Todd has been exceptional! My husband has bought 3 cars from him and he and I will continue to go back to Todd for our future cars. As for quality of work, he has gone above and beyond! We had a tire situation, where we had to exchange snow tires and the tires and rims would not fit in the 350z so Todd held the tires and rims for us until we could pick them up. As for the price, he has done his best to get us the best deal for our trade-ins and for the price of the new cars. I've been with Marlboro Nissan 5 years. I just recently traded in a leased Maxima and got the new 09 Altima. My schedule at work has been a little crazy so I was having a hard time coming back to the deal traded in a leased Maxima and got the new 09 Altima. My schedule at work has been a little crazy so I was having a hard time coming back to the dealership to pick up my registration and to get my sticker. I found a half hour on Sat to run down there and do what I had to do except it was well after 1:00. I know they don't do many stickers after 1:00, so I went and talked to Dan, he said it would be no problem and he sqeezed me in last minute!! He really made me feel welcomed and that I mattered as a customer! A+ for Customer Service! More

Since then, I've had the pleasure of working with Jim and other great members of the team through 5 vehicles over the years. That and the fact he actually listened to what I needed/wanted, and didn't just try to sell me a car has made me a customer for life. I was shopping around for a new car and I had gone into Marlboro Nissan to look at there selection. When I got there I was greeted by Todd and he immediately asked me what I was looking for and how much I Marlboro Nissan to look at there selection. I had bought another car from Todd 4 years ago and he knew they I was looking to upgrade. Todd was extremely helpful and showed me various types of models of cars. Although all were very nice, I really fell in love with the New 2009 Nissan Maxima. Todd had told me this car had just been redesigned and was once of the nicest cars that Nissan had. We went out for a test drive and as soon as I had gotten back I knew that was the type of car that I wanted. This all started on a Sunday. Once we got back to the dealership Todd worked out the numbers. What was great about my whole experience with Todd and Marlboro Nissan was the fact they didn’t pressure me to sign that day or even give me a hard time when it came to price. I was treated extremely well and it only took about an hour to work out the details of the deal. By Friday of that same week the paper work was done and by that Monday I had my new car. I highly recommend if you are looking for any type of car, new or used that you go down and see Todd at Marlboro Nissan. He is very good at what he does and will always go above and beyond to please the customer. More

We had a bad experience with one of the service workers. Paul Mullen took over my account and was awesome. He treated us with the highest level of customer service and really took care of us. Overall, the experience at Marlboro Nissan was, as always, great. Next time we go to purchase another Nissan, I have no doubt it will ultimately be purchased there. More
