I leased my second Murano from Marborough Nissan earlier this year. The vehicle has been great, reliable and comfortable. On a Friday before Memorial Day, my Murano had a problem. I phoned Dan, who was calm as always. He told me to come right over. This was in the late afternoon, just before a big holiday weekend. An hour later, my Murano was as good as new. This is service that keeps me coming back. I always tell people I know that if they are in the market for a new car, go to Marlborough Nissan. In July my old Xterra needed a significant amount of repairs and I decided I'd be better off getting into another vehicle. With gas prices as they are, I chose to look for a more fuel efficient vehicle. Because of the great experience I'd had several years ago with Jim McCall, I called him to discuss my options. In just one day, Jim had me in my new 2007 Versa! It was within my budget and exactly what I was looking for! By the end of the day I was in my new car. Each person I dealt with was terrific! Jim gave me a loaner car for the day while my new car has a sticker put on and the remote start installed. He came to my house to deliver my car and pick up the loaner. The only thing I felt that the bottom line price could have been a little lower. More

I went into Nissan ready to buy a pre-owned 2006 Pathfinder. I test drove it with Mark and he was very helpful and full of information. He helped me get a great deal and everything worked out beautifully. It took a bit longer for the car to be ready but when i got it it was cleaned and polished and steam cleaned! One of my only complaints is that it did not come with a keyless entry remote. Mark said he is trying to find one but it is a little disappointing not to have everything ready when the car is delivered. I was also promised two new rear tires and an inspection. I bought the car on saturday then brought it back in on monday. I spoke with Dan and there was no guarantee it would be done by the time i needed it so i said i would bring it back in Tuesday. I went back in this morning and dropped it off. I received a message saying the truck was finished but when i went back in the tires were on but the inspection had not been completed. Overall i am extremely happy with the Pathfinder but there have been a few annoyances in dealing with the finishing touches. More
