We bought a 2006 Nissan Quest at Marlboro Nissan couple of months ago. My wife and I had a great experience dealing with all the employees at the dealership. Casey Dixon was our sales person and he was extremely helpful and friendly througout the buying process. He made sure that we meet our expectations for buying a car and got us what we needed in the price range that we wanted. We even got a great deal on our trade-in vehicle (more than what we had expected and asked for). At no point we felt like we were being pushed or they were trying to just sell the minivan. It was one of the most pleasant and smooth dealing process with no stress whatsoever for buying a car. We would definitely recommend Marlboro Nissan and in the future buy a car from them. Our over all experience with Marlboro Nissan has been positive. While purchasing our 2008 Maxima we couldn't have been happier with our experience with Mike Johnson, he was extremely professional and eas positive. I happened to be sick the day we were car shopping and Mike was completely understanding and let us think about our purchase overnight without the typical "If I can get you XXXX do we have a deal today" line you usually get while car shopping. Because of his understanding and patience, he made the sale. We have had several dealings with the service department due to warranty work, oil changes and an minor auto accident. Overall our experience with the Service Department has been great. Dan Hochburg has been a pleasure to work with. Due to his excellent customer service he was able to make a frustrating situation much easier. He has been very helpful and able to answer any questions we may have. The only complaint that I do have about my dealings with Marlboro Nissan is as follows: We had to have our Moonroof replaced due to defects. When we arrived to pick up our car the moonroof's computer was not set correctly and therefore the moonroof did not work properly,we had to wait for it to be reset. Also, we noticed that the panel above the seat in the back was ripped, we noticed it immediatly. It was very easy to see and we were a bit surprised that everything was not completely checked before they released the car. This Nissan dealer is not close to our house and we had to make an additional trip there to have the back panel replaced. I just thought it should be noted that a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated and would have saved us a trip. On a positive note, the service department, again, was very accomodating, apologetic and easy to work with. Mike Johnson and Dan Hochberg are a definite asset to this company. More

This is the third vehicle that I've bought at Marlboro Nissan. Each time I have asked for Mike Johnson at the dealership because of his knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. This time I told him what I was looking for and drove it off the lot the same day, including all the paperwork. I have used the service dept. for all of the oil changes and mileage tuneups on all of my vehicles. I have been happy with all of my visits to the dealership and plan on making future purchases at Marlboro Nissan with Mike Johnson. I have to add this because I believe it is important to Nissan. I travel a lot up and down the east coast. I have used dealerships in Virginia and Florida. Whatever the Nissan training program consists of they are doing it right because I have never had a bad experience at any Nissan Dealership, and Marlboro Nissan started it all. More

Recently, I traded in my Pathfinder for a Infinity FX35. Marlboro Nissan is a very down-to-earth facility with a relaxed atmosphere. The sales manager had been using the Infinity as his demo vehicle and even waited around after closing for Todd and I to finish our test drive. I intend to purchase another vehicle from Marlboro Nissan in the near future. I have recommended Marlboro Nissan to my friends and my customers. More
