Dear Mr. or Ms., Thank you for giving Marlboro Nissan the opportunity to earn your business. I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. If you could please share with me the specifics of your case so we can better improve I would greatly appreciate it. A few things you should be aware of. We are a Nissan reseller. This means that we do not provide nor do we approve the tires provided on these vehicles. The tires are already on the vehicles when they arrive here and are selected by Nissan corporate. There are generally 4 manufactures that Nissan uses. They use 4 brands so they can keep up with the demand of the vehicle's being built and shipped. Nissan does not make tires and therefore does not warranty them, however, the tire manufacturer DOES warranty the tires! If this is in fact, a build defect, I would be more than happy to assist you in redeeming anything covered under the manufacturer's warranty! As far as a road hazard goes, surely you can understand that we cannot warranty your tire due to running over a pot-hole or a curb or any other number of things outside our control that would considered a road hazard. Just like if you were to crash into another car, the manufacturers warranty does not cover the accident. Thats what car insurance is for. Similarly, we offer a kind of insurance for road hazards on our tires if you choose and just like car insurance, it costs extra! It sounds like the issue is with Nissan more so than our actual dealership. Since you have stated that everyone has been nice and tried to help. I guess if thats the case I would wonder why you would not recommend someone to buy a car here. Surely you understand that even the best company has a lousy vehicle now and then. That being said, we are on YOUR side! If your vehicle is truly a lemon, we want to help! We will be your advocate with Nissan! We will fight for you on your behalf. I would appreciate a chance to speak with you at your convenience! We may still be able to help! I have to say it sounds like something may be out of sorts here because most of the feed back I've received about the Rogue is how amazing it is in the snow. I'm sure we can figure something out. Hi Tyler, I just wanted to say again how sorry I am that this is what happened. I've tried several times to get a hold of you to try and make it up to you. I understand if you are unwilling to give us another chance after what happened. It may interest you to know that we have implemented new policies as a result of what happened to you. I did some digging and as you were aware, Casey was going to be out when you were available to come in. As he informed you, Greg was prepared with the information and the vehicle you were interested in upon your arrival. Here's where things went wrong and there is NO excusing what happened... When you arrived, we were in the process of moving our entire inventory consisting of 415 vehicles due to the 10 inches of snow we received overnight. Had you asked for Greg, you would have had a very different experience and here's why: The salesperson you DID encounter already had a client interested in the SAME Xterra you wanted. So he told you the vehicle was unavailable to serve his own selfish needs and ultimately was responsible for your bad experience and our loss of a customer. As you can imagine, that salesperson no longer works here. This is why it is so important that our valued customers and even those whose business we do not earn to post your feedback. We greatly appreciate all the wonderful reviews from our happy customers, but we learn the most about how to keep our customers happy from the negative feedback you provide.
