I had considered buying a new car for months. Being my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle I carefully did my research. I narrowed it down to two vehicles, both in a similar price range: Toyota Corolla vs. Nissan Versa. I had the opportunity to drive a new Corolla and was impressed, but not "wowed." Through word-of-mouth of friends and colleauges who recommended Marlboro Nissan, I chose to give them a try. From the start Mark Stoller was very attentive, honest and reasonable. I test drove the new Versa and was "wowed." Having done my research I knew how much to expect for price and what I wanted my payments to be: my expectations were met. I will definitely continue the trend and recommend Marlboro Nissan to anyone who wants an honest deal for a remarkable vehicle. More

Contacted dealer via internet sales department after identifying a vehicle on the website. Was able to negotiate what I felt was extremely "fair" deal- for both sides- in a very quick time on a low identifying a vehicle on the website. The actual vehicle matched the internet description perfectly. The Marlboro Nissan team engaged in very open and honest dialogue to arrive at true "out the door" price quickly. The team proactively addressed all concerns given used vehicle- allowing for outside inspection by my personal mechanic, multiple test drives, limited warranty included, etc. Once a deal was finalized, the vehicle was delivered (yes, delivered) to my home with a full tank of gas, inspection sticker, registration, etc. complete. The low/no pressure approach, willingess to negotiate a fair deal for both sides, strong customer service, and the overall quality of the vehicle (have owned for approximately 1 month) are the primary drivers behind the rating of "5." I did my homework, I made an offer and was able to upgrade and add a factory navigation system all below my projected budget. Maybe its the economy, I'm sure that had something to do with it, but I am convinced Jim, Dan and the rest of the staff at Marlborough Nissan understand and respect their customers to the point where doing business with them is a pleasure. In fact it was due to the way I was treated and how quickly the transaction was done that when my wife's car needed to be replaced shortly after my purchase that it was a "no-brainer" to call Jim again. Never once was I inconvenienced. I was amazed that a car purchase could be done so painlessly.
