BAD experience at Marlboro Nissan getting my car "fixed" Aug 5 I took it in as the brake pads I could tell though no noises etc needed to be looked at or changed so at 9 am I took it in . Got a call at 12 s Aug 5 I took it in as the brake pads I could tell though no noises etc needed to be looked at or changed so at 9 am I took it in . Got a call at 12 saying I now need all new rotors and all pads would be 948 w tax , ok told them to fix it .. picked it up at 5 . I felt zero change (thought maybe it's me it's normal for this car🤷♀️) called past Monday they took it back yesterday and said " we had to fix a rotor and the back pads slipped" . Nothing more nothing less . I have bought this at there and always had it fixed there and recommend them to all . So is this normal to happen ??? Any mechanics out there ? Thx sorry for long message . So if I didn't take it back they would've gotten away w this ! And called them this am got a oh sorry and they disconnected the call More
Yo, so I had a Nissan Rogue for 3 years, then I swapped the lease for a Nissan Titan. I kept the lease for 3 years and decided to buy the truck, worst decision ever! The car started acting up after 40k mil the lease for a Nissan Titan. I kept the lease for 3 years and decided to buy the truck, worst decision ever! The car started acting up after 40k miles. I called them and they said it was normal. Then, at around 49k miles, the reverse gear started acting up. So I called on March 28th and asked them to check it out. They didn't get to it until a week later. I took the truck to the dealer and they said my transmission needed to be replaced. I asked about my warranty and they said it had expired on March 26th. They wanted $11k to fix it and said I had to pay out of pocket. They didn't care about me as a customer. Just so you know, they said I called 2 days after my warranty expired, but when we bought the truck on March 26, 2019, I didn't pick it up until March 30th. I tried contacting Nissan Corporate Consumer Affairs and spoke to this guy named Mathew. He was a real jerk and said it was his final decision and there was nothing I could do. More
My wife and I identified a specific vehicle from Marlboro Nissan that we were interested in and contacted Brian Berset based on a number of positive reviews he had received online. We met the next day and he Nissan that we were interested in and contacted Brian Berset based on a number of positive reviews he had received online. We met the next day and he showed us the car, we test drove it, discussed pricing/financing, and purchased the car all within 2 hours-- incredibly quick and painless thanks to Brian. Brian was friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the car. We didn't feel pressure and were comfortable with the cost of the car. We've been impressed with the customer service we've received from Brian, as he has been kind enough to follow up in the week after purchase to ensure we are satisfied with the car. We can't thank Brian enough and would highly recommend working with him! More
Let me tell you all the tale of Marlboro Nissan and how truly horrible they are from a customer experience perspective. Daughter needed a new car and since I was a part of this "amazing" networking group truly horrible they are from a customer experience perspective. Daughter needed a new car and since I was a part of this "amazing" networking group BNI Marlborough I brought my daughter to Marlboro Nissan because one of the members "your friend in the car business" was part of the group. Mark was kind enough to get us a great deal on a wonderful little Nissan Sentra Midnight. He made sure to call 3 or 4 times a day to make sure we could get there before this little gem sold. When we finally arrived for a test drive, Daughter made mention of a warning light and Mark, thankfully, waived off her absurd female concerns and assured her it would be fine. So we purchased the car, because BNI members take an oath to deal honestly and fairly. We go through the paperwork with the business manager, very exciting. We also note the warning light and again we are assured these silly concerns would all be taken care of, then, we go to take delivery. Daughter drives off the lot and a mile in the same waring light came back on?!? Shocked I was, as I was assured by two honest, competent professionals that this minor thing would be addressed, clearly, it was not, and then... It turns out Mark never sent the paperwork to my insurance company so Daughter was driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, so I had to park her and get a rental. Now, Mark will tell you he sent it twice by fax and three times by email, maybe. I will say I have had multiple dealers send info to my agent and never once has one been missed until this one. I called, texted and emailed Mark and all his management on this issues and I was surprised when not one have the intestinal fortitude to return my call. Mark did have a very valid excuse he "usually doesn't deal with insurance". Fine, we get that taken care of, and then... Inspection time. So this wasn't exactly what we expected. Much to my chagrin, the car failed inspection. Shocked, I called the dealer and I was dismayed when no one answered or called me back. The service manager said "This car should have never left the lot" There was water in the taillight and a new assembly would need to be ordered. Now after being uninsured and unregistered, we now have no sticker, and the dealer refused to provide a loaner. Oh, still haven't seen nor heard from Mark. Fine, more money out of my pocket. So we schedule the repair that was supposed to have been done before we picked up the car as well as the taillight and sticker, and then... We walk into the service department, after both having to take time out of work, at out appointed time, and sonofagun, they don't have the taillight or the sensor for the other part but "they'll try". Eventually, AMD got a call and the service department told her they could get the sticker done but "she can't say the warning light was on during the test drive". Fine, whatever, get the sticker. Anyway, we brought it back Monday for the sensor, yea turns out there was another electrical issue, they would need to keep it another day. As of now, the car has been driven home from the dealer and no more lights have come on but Daughter is away for work so the car hasn't moved since we brought it home. The WORST car buying experience imaginable. .. I'm not much for writing 0-star reviews, but I don't want anyone else to experience the nightmare I've been forced to endure with Marlboro Nissan. .. I'm not much for writing 0-star reviews, but I don't want anyone else to experience the nightmare I've been forced to endure with Marlboro Nissan. After much research, I was excited to find the used vehicle I wanted at a seemingly reputable dealership. According to CarFax, it had been repeatedly serviced and inspected at Marlboro Nissan before being offered for sale. I was convinced that purchasing a used vehicle from such a place meant that there was a high standard for quality and service. I was wrong... To begin, I experienced many delays in receiving paperwork, delivery of the vehicle, and, at long last, the Title. Within days of posession, uncountable issues affecting the safety, use, and value of the vehicle were discovered. The management and staff at Marlboro Nissan reluctantly arranged for a few repairs, but denied accountability for their poor assessment and responsibility for selling this vehicle. It is the definition of a "lemon". In short, if you're looking for a quality used vehicle, insist that a third (or fourth) party thoroughly inspect it before trusting Marlboro Nissan with your important investment! More

They were able to obtain a specific car I wanted that they didn't have in stock by the next day from another dealer. The numbers all worked. I came in, drove it, signed papers, and drove away with the beautiful new car in about 45 minutes total. I have recommended this dealership to others, and will continue to do so. More
