Good service Overall good experience considering I had to have my timing belt replaced, which always stinks. They quoted me the cost and that is what I paid. I had researched costs and they were the second lowest I found. Ultimately the warranty for the work was better here so I spent a little more. I think this will be the last service I will have them preform. I need to replace this car soon. I don’t think I will be purchasing from this dealer. I have purchased two cars from this dealer. Seems a shame to not buy a car from them because of there service department. However, If I buy a Honda again I will go to a different dealer. More

Recall and repair I am not sure who was the one that took care of the car but my husband took it in for a recall for the air bag and then had them look after another pr I am not sure who was the one that took care of the car but my husband took it in for a recall for the air bag and then had them look after another problem and he was very happy with the timing and work done. My appointment was for a factory recall. I have been going to Markley for service for nearly 20 years, and have always been very satisfied with them. This last visit was no exception. I had an appointment for the service and Mike took care of it very promptly. My only complaint is it was very difficult to get through via telephone to make the appointment. Either no one answered the phone, or when I did get through, it was to leave a message, and got no response. More
