First Class and Committed Yesterday's visit was to fix a couple of small things that were missed the last time I was in. I let them know that I wasn't completely satisfied – and they said they would make it right. And they did. I am very, very impressed. We all make mistakes occasionally. We brought in the car because it would not start due to weak battery. They ran tests and couldn't find anything wrong with the battery but did reload software. Hopefully, the problem is solved.
