Chris reviewed the service record and pointed out other items that should be taken care of soon as well as what service is suggested at both the 25,000 mile point and the 45,000 mile point. Based on his recommendation, I opted for tire rotation (after he offered a price quote) as well as another service. My car was ready on time. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable (thanks for the cold water and the cookies!). Thanks, too, to Chris! More
Great Customer Service Nathan, Service Tech was great. We live in Cheyenne and were in Ft. Collins for a Doctors appointment. The car was done when we got back to Markley and the cost was slightly less than the estimate. The front fender near the passenger door had become misaligned before we took it in and they even corrected that without an extra charge. We were very pleased More

In reviewing the recommended service he checked back on previous activities performed and noticed some service recommended that had been done in Dec. of 2013. Much more pleasant experience this time. Noise issue was not found but effort was made. I will drive to Denver Sat. and will listen for any noise problem before I go on an extended vacation next week. More
