We had a very positive experience with the dealership and would definitely go back in the future to buy another vehicle. Markley Friends, I set an appointment for my wife's Markley Friends, I set an appointment for my wife's new CR-V for service to check gas mileage and one other issue. I thought it would take 3 hours b Markley Friends, I set an appointment for my wife's new CR-V for service to check gas mileage and one other issue. I thought it would take 3 hours but I was gone in 1.5 hours. The waiting area is marvelous and the cookies were excellent as was the fresh coffee. Then we were having issues with the Blue Tooth system in the car and I saw Rob. He is one of your best employees and certainly he is our friend. Rob spent well over an hour with me trying to figure out the issue and we both determined that the new Honda system about making a verbal call is more complicated than it needs to be. As a matter of fact our old CR-V (2010) had a far superior system for placing calls. Maybe the Honda engineers tried too hard to improve a system that was already perfect. Although we are still having issues, Rob used his expertise to help and I really appreciated that. We will be back for service when it is needed and hopefully to get another car one day. Thank you. My needs were met in a timely fashion and at a price that I found reasonable! I did notice that the mood of the financial officer changed when I decided to abstain from an extended warranty.
