My suggestion would be to improve communication with customers regarding timeline, estimates, and other pertinent information. Brought my Honda CRV in for its periodic check up/oil change. I was able to use a fantastic service discount coupon ("Back 2 School Special") which included alignment check, oil change, battery charge ch change. I was able to use a fantastic service discount coupon ("Back 2 School Special") which included alignment check, oil change, battery charge check, tire rotation, car wash etc all for $39.95. Fortunately, that was the sum total of my bill. Amazing! As usual, all the Markley service and support staff were friendly, patient, and helpful: one even changed the (usually unchangeable) TV station in waiting room so we could watch US Open Tennis semi-finals. The makeover of the service area makes waiting for your car a very pleasant experience (free cookies, bottled water, hot beverages, etc).
